My years in the restaurant industry qualify me to be your Beverage Consultant.

I’ve been a Server, Bartender, Manager, Controller and a Beverage Director for a group of restaurants.

I am a trained sommelier, creator of craft cocktails and my articles and drink recipes have been published in Bon Appetit, the Los Angeles Times, Philadelphia Magazine, MainLine Magazine, The Jewish Exponent, Inside Magazine and Food & Wine Magazine Cocktail Book 2008.

It is the knowledge I’ve gained from these ventures that give me a unique perspective on Beverage programs, which encompass all aspects of restaurant service, with an enhanced focus on wines, beers, spirits and cocktails.

I possess a degree in Communications and Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, and I understand target marketing.

Your concept will be my inspiration to create a signature cocktail list, wine or beer list that will be enjoyed by your guests, easily replicated by your staff and most importantly, cost effective and PROFITABLE!
